This three storey, 144-bed, new build, high-end, private nursing home, whose concept combines cutting-edge interior design with elegant architecture, was designed to allow for dedicated high-end care and residents wellbeing, with communal and private living and dining areas, hairdressing salons, social areas, communal and private garden spaces.

This innovative nursing home, built in an affluent suburb of Dublin, was designed to the highest possible specification to meet expectations to create a landmark  & unrivalled facility. 

Along with the above, included dedicated nurse-call, office administration and training areas, basement and surface carpark spaces, bicycle parking and set down areas.

This project was managed from a speculative site acquisition through a challenging planning process through to completion.  Despite its many challenges this project was completed both on time and within budget.

The Four Ferns was awarded the Healthcare Project of the Year at the Building and Architect of the Year Awards Awards 2020 and the Project of the Year 2021 in the Healthcare category at the Fit Out Awards
