Four Ferns
This three storey, 144-bed, new build, high-end, private nursing home, whose concept combines cutting-edge interior design with elegant architecture, was designed to allow for dedicated high-end care and residents wellbeing, with communal and private living and dining areas, hairdressing salons, social areas, communal and private garden spaces. The Four Ferns was awarded the Healthcare Building of the year a the 2021 Building and Architect of the Year Awards
Fern Dean
This part two, part three storey, over basement, 94-bed, new build nursing home, included daily communal and private living and dining areas, wellbeing, nurse-call, social areas, garden spaces, basement and surface car and bicycle parking.
Fern Dean Extension
Phase 1
The first phase extension project comprised of an additional storey, of 25 bedrooms, to the existing Fern Dean nursing home and was delivered in a live healthcare environment.
Fern Dean Extension
Phase 2
This second phase extension project, was built on a site adjacent to the existing private Fern Dean nursing home and comprised of the construction of 25 bedrooms, an additional 23 net beds to the home. Notwithstanding the challenge of building in a live healthcare environment during the COVID pandemic, this project was delivered on time and on budget.
Balbriggan Nursing Home
This part three, part four storey, new-build private Nursing Home is located on the coastline of North County Dublin, overlooking Balbriggan Beach. The Home was designed and constructed to maximise the sea and harbour views from the bedrooms and garden area. A specially designed lounge at the fourth / roof level provides a unique amenity for the residents with unrivalled sea views.
Moorehall Lodge Ardee
This two storey, 44-bed, new build extension to the existing private Moorehall Lodge, Ardee nursing home, was built adjacent to the Nursing Home, and interconnects with same.
Stepaside Nursing Home
This part four, part five storey, 124 bed, private nursing home, is located in the centre of Stepaside Village in the Dublin mountains. A number of sitting rooms at the various terrace / roof levels will provide excellent amenity for the residents. Once completed this landmark home will have unrivalled views looking out over Dublin city and bay.

This dementia specific nursing home is being built on a site adjacent to the existing private Four Ferns nursing home and comprises of the construction of 30 bedrooms together with associated facilities.
