This part two, part three storey, over basement, 94-bed, new build nursing home, included daily communal and private living and dining areas, wellbeing, nurse-call, social areas, garden spaces, basement and surface car and bicycle parking.  Upon its completion in 2013, this home raised the bar in terms of built environment for residential care homes.

This project was completed both on time and within budget.
